Hospice Quinte: Changing Lives Podcast

How Animals Handle Death

Hospice Quinte Season 4 Episode 3

Here at Hospice Quinte, our staff and visiting volunteers deal with death and the grieving process almost daily. There have also been several episodes of this podcast that cover the topic of the grieving process and the rituals that different cultures around the world have around death. But how do animals process death? Do they have certain rituals or processes?

On this episode of Changing Lives, we’re going to look into a few different ways parts of the animal kingdom grieve their dead.
